Requirements

Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in new business generation for a tech company, experience with cold calling and emailing, prior experience using CRMs along with other prospect platforms, and the ability to think on their feet to creatively solve customer business needs. Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written, are also required, as well as comfort with leveraging compensation and handling rejections. Experience in a fast-paced work environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will effectively research prospects, conduct needs analysis, and set appointments for sales reps, attending calls with prospects and handling the handoff to the sales team. They will also attain and exceed all sales goals by setting appointments with qualified leads through various methods, accurately entering and maintaining prospect information in Hubspot and SalesLoft, attending sales and product training, and developing proficiency in Stream and the cloud-based feed and chat infrastructure. Additionally, the SDR will support sales reps on outbound efforts and strategies, working with managers to come up with new outbound ideas and techniques, and collaborating with a dynamic GTM team to drive strategic initiatives and ABM campaigns.
