Requirements

Candidates must possess full professional proficiency in English and have 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills are required, as is a self-motivated, results-driven attitude with eagerness to learn. The role demands the ability to work autonomously, self-source solutions, and demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role. Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will drive company growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that convert into opportunities and closed business. They will collaborate with the wider sales team, assist in building the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack, and educate/develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns. Responsibilities include identifying and understanding lead generation processes, supporting marketing activities, managing prospect touch-points, and facilitating the handoff to an Account Executive. The role also involves generating email sequences, conducting cold calls to penetrate accounts, and performing follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
