Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on engaging with users and prospects to understand their needs and guide them through the Grafana journey, partnering with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s revenue goals. You will proactively research and outreach to target accounts, utilizing a multi-channel approach including email, social media, and phone calls, while consistently meeting pipeline and opportunity targets. Additionally, you will maintain knowledge of the company’s technology, competitors, and industry trends, and leverage data to prioritize and customize outreach efforts.
