Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business by researching companies and individuals that meet criteria for prospective partnership with Vimeo
  • Develop ideal customer profiles for outbound prospecting and qualify prospects using BANT criteria
  • Grow top of the sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns
  • Build new methods for attracting clients
  • Schedule high-quality meetings with prospective customers for the sales team
  • Work to meet and exceed monthly goals to maximize deal flow using outbound emails, calls, and setting up meetings
  • Speak to value and return on investment versus technical functionality
  • Learn to anticipate and prepare for objections
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization
  • Manage a high volume of inbound leads with a strategy for prioritization
  • Research and understand various lines of business and personas
  • Build a point of view on how to help qualify customer needs
  • Identify customer needs and solve for gaps with creative outreach strategies, including email copy, warm/cold calls, social media outreach, and in-person events
