Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years’ experience in pharma/clinical trials ideally in a commercial/sales capacity
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client interaction skills
  • Cardiac knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identifying sponsors and CROs early in the sales cycle
  • Building and qualifying pipeline opportunities
  • Handing off qualified leads to the Cardiac commercial team
  • Maintaining oversight of opportunities in Salesforce
  • Acknowledging receipt of RFPs and communicating with clients for complete information
  • Entering opportunities and uploading supplemental materials into the CRM system
  • Administering pricing tools and managing proposal deliverables
  • Coordinating internal strategy calls and managing rebid requests
  • Following up on change order contracts and managing close dates in Salesforce
  • Supporting sales account teams in business-generating efforts
  • Participating in cross-functional meetings with Sales Operations and Services teams
  • Performing other duties or special projects as assigned
