Familiarity with sales tools like Hubspot, Aircall, or Intercom is required, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus. Roofing or construction experience is also considered a plus.
The Sales Development Representative will handle all inbound sales inquiries, execute a high volume of daily sales activities including calls and emails, and connect with and qualify inbound leads. They will build rapport with buyers, understand their needs, and communicate how Roofr can help, while also partnering with Account Executives for opportunity handoffs. Responsibilities include documenting prospect details, meeting sales quotas, managing customer expectations, providing pipeline forecasts, and contributing to the improvement of sales processes and strategies.
