Requirements

  • Native in Portuguese and fully proficient in English (C1/C2 level) for clear business communication
  • 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Development, BDR, or similar outbound commercial role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience working directly with B2B clients in Brazil
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to write compelling email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Experience working with HR & Learning Development teams or for a learning, e-learning, HR software, or wellbeing company
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong growth mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions
  • Active relationship builder who can collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business Growth: Execute targeted, outbound prospecting and account penetration strategies to generate qualified sales opportunities
  • Qualify and Nurture Leads: Engage and develop leads (inbound and outbound) through multi-channel outreach including social selling, cold calls, email sequences, and event follow-up
  • Master the Lead Lifecycle: Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of the lead generation process, supporting marketing activities and ensuring a seamless, qualified handoff to an Account Executive
  • Diligently Follow Up: Conduct persistent follow-up calls and emails until meetings are successfully set
  • Contribute to Sales Strategy: Share valuable market insights and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack by learning from our well-seasoned sales team
