Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue potential new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and inbound leads
  • Engage with existing customers to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them
  • Develop and maintain a list of qualified leads and follow up with them to convert them into meetings with the Account Executive sales team
  • Conduct high-volume calls and other activities to book qualified meetings for the AE team
  • Maintain good CRM hygiene and keep leads and accounts up to date
  • Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business
  • Conduct research and gather information about potential customers and their needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize new business opportunities
