Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in pharma/clinical trials, sales, technical writing, proposals, or budget development is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work independently under pressure are also necessary. A background in respiratory health is considered a plus.
The Sales Development Representative will administer RFPs, confirm completeness with clients, and request additional details as needed. They will enter opportunities into Salesforce, upload supplemental materials, and administer pricing tools while managing proposal deliverables to meet due dates. This role involves coordinating internal staff activities for strategy calls, managing rebid requests, and following up on change order contracts. The representative will also manage close dates in Salesforce, support sales account teams, and participate in various departmental meetings, while providing support on additional assignments or special projects.
