Requirements

  • 5+ years of RFI/RFP experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Experience in PBM, software, employee benefits, healthcare industries is a plus
  • Experience utilizing RFP management tools such as Ringmaster, Proposal Tech, TrueBid
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Clear and concise

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Enterprise RFI and RFP process, serving as central point of contact for coordinating and combining proposal drafts from all contributors
  • Heavily customize proposals to illustrate the company’s value proposition while illustrating an understanding of each client’s unique needs
  • Communicate clearly to Sales when RFP materials are ready for submission and provide links to all submission materials
  • Collaborate with the Strategy, Revenue, and Sales teams to gather track down responses to RFP questions that aren’t readily available
  • Review, edit, and customize proposal drafts and executive summaries to produce a final product with a consistent voice
  • Ensure new responses are sent to the Content Database for future usage
  • Cross-train and contribute to other areas of SmithRx in the RFP off-season (typically October – December) such as implementation, contracting, or other areas as needed
