Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years post-secondary education is required

  • Prior experience in supporting RFIs / RFPs
  • Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold a database of informative replies for RFIs/RFPs, and due diligence questionnaires
  • Develop and maintain CTD resources such as site capabilities, capacity, and limitations
  • Report data on RFIs, RFPs, and team activities
  • Help the commercial team manage inquiries for information and proposals
  • Assess clients' needs and align to operational services
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Strong professional writing skills
  • Excel independently within a remote team environment
  • Get in touch with global site contacts for answers when needed
  • Effectively respond to groups of managers and clients
