Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and deliver structured enablement programs incorporating strategy, process, and methodology to grow the SDR organization
  • Accountable for program strategy, development, direction, stakeholder management, end-to-end delivery, and scope
  • Make data-driven decisions to determine learning gaps and develop/deliver coaching plans to improve productivity
  • Align with leadership on strategy and focus areas and achieve buy-in around execution
  • Work with SDRs and SDR Leadership to provide feedback, strengthen techniques, and identify improvement areas through coaching sessions, training, workshops, etc
  • Organize, coach/prepare, and evaluate sales readiness assessments
  • Facilitate one-to-one and group coaching (virtually or in person) to drive continual learning and up-skilling of sales techniques
  • Ensure consistency of methodology and identify opportunities for improvements in existing training content
  • Build a standard enablement cadence with leadership that is repeatable to reinforce key learnings
  • Provide continuous feedback, reporting, and communication of enablement strategy and programs to SDR leaders and the enablement team
  • Work closely with managers to identify and nurture emerging talent; provide feedback on content or training gaps for curriculum/programs
  • Establish business cases for enablement investments and transformation projects
  • Lead enablement programs to drive continuous improvement in SDR productivity and ramp time
  • Collaborate with broader enablement and cross-functional teams to develop/conduct employee training using various instructional techniques and delivery methods, including content development and facilitation of application-based learning
  • Build credibility and act as an experienced coach to mentor SDRs and leaders on process, methodology, and qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC)
  • Transform SDR mindsets and skills through onboarding, ever-boarding, readiness, and other enablement programs
  • Develop and provide input to curriculum design to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant
  • Support build and monitoring of SDR certification processes
  • Create and assist in content creation to drive consumption/utilization of training
  • Execute repeatable programs to improve yield and actively monitor results
  • Create and develop supporting assets and processes to increase SDR productivity and standardize the SDR motion
