Requirements

Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for assigned Territory Managers and Customers, providing administrative support, resolving inquiries, and driving sales through team selling strategies. They will engage in regular phone conversations with customers to take orders, address issues, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, while also reviewing orders for accuracy and proactively communicating with customers regarding substitutions. Furthermore, the Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support to Territory Managers and District Sales Managers, escalating issues as needed, and promoting customer engagement with US Foods.com.
