Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow-up on incoming lead process to ensure response and appropriate lead assignment
  • Conduct customer meetings to nurture relationship and analyze product needs
  • Manage and keep up to date on key metrics for existing customers
  • Maintain organized sales records and report open projects and initiatives to management
  • Create and submit proposals and other related documentation to potential customers
  • Manage the completion and filing of all sales related contracts, proposals, and related documentation
  • Assist with the maintenance of company CRM system; update sales related information as needed
  • Establish active communication and engagement with potential clients to ensure that orders are processed promptly
  • Perform additional administrative and office duties as assigned
