Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, admin, or similar position
- Familiarity with consulting or solution selling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities
- Manage and follow-up on incoming lead process to ensure response and appropriate lead assignment
- Conduct customer meetings to nurture relationship and analyze product needs
- Manage and keep up to date on key metrics for existing customers
- Maintain organized sales records and report open projects and initiatives to management
- Create and submit proposals and other related documentation to potential customers
- Manage the completion and filing of all sales related contracts, proposals, and related documentation
- Assist with the maintenance of company CRM system; update sales related information as needed
- Establish active communication and engagement with potential clients to ensure that orders are processed promptly
- Perform additional administrative and office duties as assigned
