  • Provide product and client cases sales support
  • Explain in detail the features, benefits, & advantages of retirement products
  • Provide personalized, web-based hypothetical illustrations
  • Ensure advisors have proper marketing materials
  • Document calls within Salesforce.com for tracking purposes
  • Act as liaison between home office and wholesalers in field
  • Assist in the development process of new employees
  • Participate in extensive training and developmental experiences
