Role Overview

We're seeking an ambitious Associate Financial Advisor to join our innovative wealth management team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in growing our client base while working alongside experienced advisors in delivering exceptional wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend traditional financial advisory skills with cutting-edge technology to create meaningful client relationships and drive business growth.

Your Impact

Client Acquisition & Development:

  • Orchestrate targeted outreach to qualified high-net-worth prospects across digital and traditional channels.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations that showcase Farther's unique value proposition.
  • Build and nurture a dynamic pipeline of prospects while developing personalized acquisition strategies that resonate with sophisticated investors.

Financial Advisory Services:

  • Lead comprehensive discovery sessions that uncover clients' deeper financial objectives and concerns.
  • Present customized wealth management solutions that address specific client needs.
  • Partner with senior advisors to develop sophisticated strategies while utilizing Farther's technology platform to deliver an exceptional client experience that traditional advisories can't match.

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify emerging market opportunities and capitalize on them.
  • Cultivate a strong network within target markets to establish a reliable referral ecosystem.
  • Lead and participate in high-value client education events, and contribute meaningfully to team revenue targets through successful prospect conversion.

Professional Growth:

  • Commit to continuous skill enhancement through structured development programs.
  • Pursue advanced industry certifications that elevate your expertise.
  • Master Farther's evolving technology platform and expanding service offerings, while collaborating across departments to enhance overall service delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven success in financial services sales
  • Specific experience advising stock market investors
  • Current Investment Adviser Representative designation, Series 65
