  • Willingness to build and maintain expertise in the condo market, financing, and GTHA communities
  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and put in the hours needed to close deals
  • Real estate license not required (existing licenses must be parked)

Responsibilities

  • Master the training program and follow proven processes for success
  • Close sales and crush targets
  • Generate leads and build relationships with brokers, sales agents, and purchasers consistently
  • Conduct consultations and tours with purchasers, brokers, and agents with professionalism and confidence
  • Own the pre-construction sales process, from first contact to signed agreements
  • Guide purchasers through the pre-construction sales process while upholding service standards
  • Attend regular team huddles with full engagement
  • Master the CRM and sales tools to track pipeline and keep deals moving
