  • Ability to maintain consistent activity levels: 300+ calls and 200+ emails per week, focusing on quality conversations and qualified meetings
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-driven prospecting platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to research accounts, spot trigger events (e.g., industry news, funding announcements, acquisitions, leadership changes), and personalize outreach
  • Develop deep understanding of Juniper Square’s platform, private markets (e.g., real estate private equity), and value proposition to articulate to senior decision-makers

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through targeted outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Drive pipeline growth by identifying and engaging prospects in assigned and unassigned territories across private markets
  • Partner with assigned Account Executives to develop territory strategies, share insights, and align outreach efforts
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-driven tools, and CRM systems to build and manage a clean, organized pipeline
  • Monitor trigger events and buying signals using news alerts, research tools, and social signals for timely, personalized outreach
  • Become a product and industry expert to confidently articulate value proposition and tailor messaging to decision-makers' needs
  • Support and attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to identify prospects and build relationships
  • Manage pre- and post-event outreach, including invitations, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
