Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferred experience in a sales support role or administrative position, strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization, and familiarity with Pipedrive or other CRM systems is a plus. Knowledge of Dodge Construction or the construction industry is an advantage.
The Sales Assistant will assist the sales team in preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining records, utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and creating sales reports, conducting research on potential clients, projects, and market trends using Dodge Construction, maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Pipedrive, supporting client communications by responding to inquiries and coordinating follow-ups, ensuring organized documentation of sales transactions, contracts, and relevant materials, and collaborating with other departments to streamline sales processes.
