Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience managing large-scale data center or mission-critical construction projects. Deep familiarity with construction management, commissioning, and site operations is required, along with the ability to lead on-site with authority and build trust with partners, vendors, and technical teams. Proven success in managing large programs with multiple vendors and shifting priorities, and clear communication across disciplines are essential. The role requires onsite presence 5 days per week in Burlington, TX.
The Construction Manager will serve as the senior construction presence across sites in West Texas, managing end-to-end project execution from pre-construction through commissioning. Responsibilities include coordinating multiple vendors, identifying and reducing risks, driving progress across multiple active projects, and collaborating with internal teams to align construction timelines. The manager will guide the commissioning process, communicate regular updates using KPIs and dashboards, ensure projects meet technical and quality requirements, perform quantity take-offs, monitor change orders, and lead site safety initiatives. This role also involves being adaptable and supporting cross-functional partners as needed.
