Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team daily operations, like reporting management, preparation of events, webinars, managing correspondence, renewals processes, etc
  • Under guidance, develop, manage, and implement sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and cultivating existing customer relationships to close deals
  • Contribute to revenue growth through the effective implementation of sales initiatives and projects
  • Assist with the implementation of sales operations initiatives such as customer relationship management, customer satisfaction programme, sales development and sales ops infrastructure projects
  • Assist the local sales function in opportunity management tracking, providing frequent reports on the sales cycle, reporting progress and highlighting potential “dangers” on opportunities
  • Assist with client specific proposals and provide input to reports for the sales leadership and community
  • Coordinate sales ops activities/projects with other functions including service, consulting and business lines
  • Provide program and project management support to document and coordinate deal processes and system rollouts, ensuring appropriate follow up on actions, leading to the seamless execution of plans
  • May provide financial and commercial support on the client proposals and report according to sales leadership
