Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Previous administrative experience is preferred, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with sales processes and customer service principles is beneficial.
The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager(s), coordinating sales staff meetings, assisting with interviews, performing closing coordinator responsibilities, resolving buyer inquiries, and providing accurate assistance to sales associates and buyers. They will also learn and maintain knowledge of local markets, competition, and relevant regulations related to home buying.
