  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, admin, or customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work at least 4–5 hours overlapping with U.S. business hours (EST/PST)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo) with accurate sales data
  • Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support the sales cycle
  • Track order statuses, follow up on pending documentation, and support reporting needs
  • Manage sales documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with basic product information, order updates, and support requests
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant team members while maintaining clear communication
  • Build rapport with customers and represent the company with professionalism and warmth
