Job Description

The Account Executive will have the responsibility in a named account environment generating revenue growth and managing your client relationship. Applying the total suite of Experian data and technology assets, you will understand the market potential, increase top-line revenue, drive customer loyalty and manage the risk within their business.

The Account Executive role is to uncover opportunities and earn the role of trusted advisor, demonstrating an understanding of our solutions and matching these solutions to client needs and critical industry challenges. You will be responsible for new business development, account retention and cross-sell within the assigned territory.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Grasp concepts quickly and share your knowledge of industry and how data, software, and analytics can transform your customer's business
  • Collaborate with members across different teams balancing priorities, bringing the right people to the table, handling issues, and identifying opportunities
  • Understand your customer by seeing your world through their perspective, speaking their language, and promoting the voice of your customer to improve Experian's solutions
  • Develop forecasts, advance pipelines, and ensure delivery of solutions
  • Foster new strategies to up-sell and cross-sell to new existing clients and prospects
  • Identify emerging markets and develop tactics to lead new revenue streams
  • Report to Sr Director, Middle Market Sales

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of sales experience
  • Experience selling to financial services
  • BS/BA in business or relative work experience
  • Experience developing relationships and cross-sell/up-sell within a client's organization
  • Experience creating and developing new business both within an existing book of business and cold calling
  • Experience prioritizing sales opportunities and managing time

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education.
