Requirements

  • 6+ years of Mid-Market/Enterprise sales experience in a direct or strategic capacity, with a proven ability to influence and close complex deals, within the SaaS or cybersecurity space
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic solution selling — from pipeline generation to multi-stakeholder deal navigation and value-based negotiation
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with hands-on experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics tools to drive insights
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data and strategy into compelling narratives for executives and clients
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally to align GTM, product, and operational initiatives
  • Detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with project management

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a specialist and product expert within assigned product line, combining deep technical and commercial understanding with consultative discovery and compelling storytelling to help customers realize the full value of 1Password’s evolving portfolio
  • Partner closely with core Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing to validate new product-market fit, accelerate customer adoption, and create scalable sales motions
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives, provide actionable feedback, and act as a trusted advisor to both customers and the broader GTM organization
  • Manage the pipeline with precision and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless, orchestrated customer experience
  • Meet quota as part of a quota-carrying role focused on bringing emerging products and new solutions to market
