  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen entsprechend der Vorgaben des Außendienstes
  • Vertragsmanagement inkl. Vertragsanlage und -abrechnung
  • Kundenstammdatenpflege
  • Konditionspflege und -korrekturen
  • Archivierung von Geschäfts- und Vertragsdokumenten sowie Kundenkorrespondenz in definierter Systematik und Systemen
  • Fachliche Beratung des Außendienstes in Vertrags- und Abwicklungsfragen
  • Eigenständige Lösung von Kunden- und Vertriebsanliegen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen
  • Kundenkorrespondenz im Rahmen der betreuten Aufgaben
