  • MBA from a tier 1 institute + minimum of 6 years of consulting experience
  • 15 to 21 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities
  • Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with effective consulting skills
  • Team oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and those within the organization
  • Capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market
  • Prior experience in one or more of the following: Understanding of the 'technology stack' from infrastructure through business logic and applications; Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Security Architecture, Microservices architecture, SOA and API architecture; Knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging) and passion for technology trends e.g. IoT, Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop technology solutions and value adding propositions and take these to market
  • Lead proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and define the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains
  • Business Analysis: Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems where analysis of data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Client Technology Architecture: Helping clients design, architect and scale their journey to new technology-driven growth
  • Enterprise Architecture Transformation: Solving key business challenges by enabling an architecture transformation and charting a journey from the current state to a “to-be” enterprise environment
  • Enterprise Growth & Innovation: Assisting clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance
  • Understand and apply the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement
  • Effectively convey both high-level and granular information, adjusting the way ideas are presented to better address varying social styles and audiences
