Strong client engagement skills, including relationship building, communication of AI concepts, and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities
Team leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, training, and fostering innovation

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and identify AI opportunities
Develop AI strategies and roadmaps aligning with client goals and Accenture's capabilities
Conduct market research and stay updated on AI technologies
Lead and manage cross-functional teams for multiple projects throughout the lifecycle
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and ensure milestones are met within budget and quality standards
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
Work with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to design AI solutions and select appropriate algorithms/techniques
Oversee development, testing, and integration of AI models into technology ecosystems
Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Present AI concepts, solutions, and project updates to stakeholders
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and provide guidance for business growth
Mentor and guide AI professionals, develop talent through coaching/training, and promote collaboration
