Requirements

Responsibilities

The Robot Pilot will operate remote tools to continuously monitor and support autonomous vehicles at customer sites, ensuring their uninterrupted operation. Responsibilities include making navigation decisions based on camera feeds, coordinating with colleagues for coverage, documenting operations, reporting daily status, and creating/escalating tickets for issues. The role also involves identifying critical issues, escalating them as needed, recommending operational improvements, providing exceptional customer support, assisting internal teams, training new agents, managing time effectively, following escalation processes, and meeting departmental adherence goals.
