Requirements

Candidates should possess at least four years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, demonstrating strong Salesforce expertise at an administrative level, and experience managing a GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo/Outreach, Koala/6sense, and call recording tools (Gong/Chorus/Attention.io).

Responsibilities

The RevOps Systems & Tooling role involves administering and optimizing Salesforce, managing integrations between various sales, marketing, and customer success tools, building and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide GTM teams with real-time insights, maintaining data hygiene and governance, supporting outbound sales expansion, implementing automated pipeline hygiene processes, evaluating and optimizing the pricing workflow, streamlining inbound demo request workflows, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions.
