Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in a role requiring analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and complex problem-solving, along with experience in strategic management consulting or Business Operations/Strategy roles within high-growth startups. Prior experience in a Growth function is considered a plus.
As a Revenue Strategy Lead, the individual will identify key opportunities for business improvement through analytics, qualitative insights, and business sense, lead strategic and operational projects to tackle challenging problems within the growth organization, working alongside other growth leaders, take on projects to streamline cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders across the company, design and build foundations for 0-1 initiatives, and drive the build, execution, monitoring, and ongoing improvement of scalable processes to deliver on core business challenges.
