You will manage and optimize tools including Salesforce (CRM), Chargebee (billing tool), and Diabolocom (phone prospecting tool), involving data export, analysis, and updates.
You will join the Ops Excellence team, which ensures Skello is as performant and efficient as possible across Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Customer Success, Care, and more, through data analysis, process structuring, and cross-functional projects.
