  • Rigueur, structure, organisation

  • Bonne communication écrite et orale

  • Appétence et à l’aise avec les outils (Salesforce, Chargebee, Diabolocom, Looker), les données et les processus opérationnels
  • Bon niveau d'anglais

Responsibilities

  • Gestion et amélioration des processus et outils : être garant, gérer et répondre aux questions sur les processus et outils utilisés. Identifier des problèmes et opportunités d'amélioration des processus et contribuer à leur amélioration. Documenter les workflows et processus
  • Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux processus opérationnels : participer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux processus visant à améliorer l'efficacité des équipes Business de Skello (workflow, process, automatisation, etc.)
  • Gérer et optimiser la gestion quotidienne de nos outils : suivre et maintenir la qualité des données dans nos outils (Salesforce - notre CRM, Chargebee - notre outil de facturation, Diabolocom - notre outil de prospection téléphonique) via l’export, l’analyse, et la mise à jour
  • Participer à des projets transversaux : travailler aux côtés des équipes Revenue - Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Onboarding - sur des projets transversaux d’optimisation et d’amélioration de l’efficacité de nos opérations
