Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end sales process design and optimization to maximize pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and deal size
  • Partner with Sales Directors to develop and manage sales territories, account assignments, and quota planning aligned with revenue goals
  • Design, build, and maintain unified executive and sales dashboards for KPIs like pipeline health, funnel metrics, and win rates
  • Manage sales forecasting process with sales leadership to improve accuracy and predictability
  • Develop and manage sales capacity model and headcount planning with Sales Director and Finance team, supporting long-range demand plan
  • Own CRM platform (HubSpot) for optimal configuration and user adoption; evaluate, implement, and integrate new sales/revenue tech (e.g., sales engagement, data enrichment, CPQ)
  • Support rollout and management of Distribution partnerships, coordinating across demand planning and internal S&OP
  • Drive data-driven decision-making culture by training and empowering sales teams to use reporting tools and insights, promoting Lunar performance standards
