Requirements

Candidates should be a current student or recent grad in Business/Merchandising/Marketing, detail-oriented, with strong writing and Excel skills. They must be a self-starter, analytical, curious, a critical thinker and customer-minded.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Intern will analyze sales data, assist with CRM maintenance, optimize workflows, prepare reports, research trends, and complete a project to present findings to the team. They will also learn Unite Us revenue tech stack and assist with tool evaluation, integration improvements, and improving workflows across revenue teams, analyze full-funnel performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and create actionable items to improve key revenue indicators, leverage customer data to refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) characteristics and develop insights that enhance sales targeting, assist in building/maintaining prospect prioritization frameworks to help optimize outreach effectiveness, track products sold across verticals to identify expansion opportunities and flag accounts that need attention, and complete special projects/tasks upon request.
