About the role:
Pacvue is seeking a highly analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to optimize sales processes, enhance pipeline hygiene, and provide robust Salesforce support. This role requires strong sales process understanding, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Quote, Contract, and Sales Order Support: Process quotes, contracts, and deal entries accurately and in compliance with company standards.
- Collaboration with Finance: Work with Finance to update and maintain Deals, ensuring accurate financial data.
- Client Termination Processing: Manage client terminations according to contractual obligations, ensuring compliance and maintaining client relationships.
- Customer Support: Provide administrative assistance to customers, including support on customer portals.
- Pipeline Hygiene: Collaborate with the sales team to improve pipeline accuracy, completeness, and consistency in Salesforce.
- Salesforce Support: Provide comprehensive support for Salesforce, including data entry, troubleshooting, and alignment with sales strategies.
- Sales Team Enablement: Support the sales team with necessary tools, resources, and information.
- Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and KPIs to evaluate sales team performance.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights.
- Process Improvement: Enforce best practices to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and enhance efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure sales practices comply with billing and legal requirements.
- Data Integrity: Maintain sales data accuracy and integrity through quality checks and validations.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in Sales Operations or a similar analytical role.
