Revenue Operations Analyst

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar analytical role, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
The Revenue Operations Analyst will provide quote, contract, and sales order support to the sales team, collaborate with the Finance department to maintain accurate Deals, handle client terminations while maintaining positive relationships, work directly with customers to provide administrative assistance, improve pipeline hygiene within Salesforce, provide comprehensive Salesforce support including data entry and troubleshooting, support the sales team with tools and resources, analyze sales data and KPIs, generate reports and dashboards, enforce best practices to streamline workflows, ensure sales practices comply with billing and legal requirements, maintain data accuracy through quality checks, provide training and documentation, and ensure the integrity of sales data.
