Requirements

Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer relations abilities, and organizational skills. They must also demonstrate technical and project management skills, along with the ability to learn formal Request for Proposal (RFP) procedures and utilize software such as Salesforce and JIRA. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is also required.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Analyst will respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by answering questions, analyzing and summarizing costs, and providing additional information to customers. They will collaborate with various departments including sales, finance, legal, product, engineering, implementation, and marketing to manage ongoing business workflow and sales process. The role involves updating the proposal system with pricing, proposal status, dates, and tracking, as well as assisting in simple questionnaire completion and working on or facilitating projects led by the Revenue Operations team.
