Candidates must possess a CPA designation and have 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, demonstrating a strong interest in technical financial reporting and a solid understanding of IFRS 15 standards. Advanced proficiency in Excel and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are also required, along with prior management experience or a history of informal leadership.
The Technical Revenue Accounting Manager will initially focus on developing a strong individual contributor foundation and supporting the revenue accounting function, reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting complex customer contracts to ensure accurate application of IFRS 15 principles. They will identify opportunities to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of the contract review process, contribute to refining revenue accounting policies, manage the end-to-end revenue recognition process for large contracts, develop sophisticated Excel workbooks, and collaborate across the organization to support revenue-related initiatives.
