Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and 3 years of demonstrated leadership. Fluency in English is required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or life sciences, sales experience in ophthalmology or clinic-based environments, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performance teams, the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, self-motivation, goal orientation, and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

The Retina Clinic Division Manager will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Retina Clinic Managers to drive sales of capital equipment and treatment packages in ophthalmic clinics. Responsibilities include leading face-to-face sales efforts for high-value medical clinical devices, driving adoption of treatment packages, developing strategic account plans, engaging with clinical stakeholders and non-clinical decision-makers, delivering compelling product presentations and demonstrations, providing post-sale customer support and education, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
