Requirements

  • Ability to assist with creation and delivery of face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape and emerging technologies
  • Skills in generating new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
  • Ability to develop sales territory, cultivate local business partnerships, and organizational affiliations
  • Strong customer service orientation, follow-up skills, and ability to maintain/build customer relationships for retention
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in presenting, persuading, and negotiating
  • Ability to prepare sales and activity reports
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; flexibility to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Sell integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium business customers
  • Develop relationships with individual businesses and the community to position the Comcast brand
  • Promote and sell bundled products to provide optimal customer solutions and exceed departmental, financial, and unit targets
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
  • Assist with developing sales territory and cultivating local business partnerships and affiliations
  • Retain customer base by delivering on Comcast Credo, ensuring superior customer experience, and working with internal teams for operational efficiencies
  • Prepare sales and activity reports as required
  • Participate in out-of-office meetings with customers on a regular basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned
