Requirements

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a retail or related position. They should be skilled in operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems, as well as various other retail software tools, and demonstrate the ability to use judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems.

Responsibilities

As a Retail Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day work of associate-level staff, providing training, coaching, and direction to ensure associates complete tasks such as processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and serving consumers. You will also be responsible for ensuring associates perform cash register transactions efficiently and accurately, connecting consumers to company loyalty programs, and soliciting feedback through consumer surveys. Furthermore, you will supervise and oversee assigned departments, sharing needs and challenges with store leadership and collaborating to ensure accurate execution of procedures and compliance with company policies, while creating and maintaining a store culture of teamwork and demonstrating Columbia Sportswear Company values.
