Requirements

Responsibilities
The Director of Enterprise Transformation will ensure the success of digital transformation by providing strategic direction and oversight to Activation and Portfolio Teams, managing critical milestones, and monitoring risks and value capture. They will maintain a bird’s-eye view across transformational initiatives, identify integration points and risks, and partner with critical functions to drive strategy and execution. The role involves leading Operating Model design and implementation, coordinating efforts across transformation initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment, establishing accountability frameworks, and ensuring timely communication to stakeholders. Additionally, they will drive alignment on operating model, champion an Athlete-centric approach, and support post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
