Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain accurate project schedules and cost accounting records.
The Manager of Construction Projects will maintain communication with Landlords and Contractors, review project schedules and progress photos, conduct regular job site visits for quality assurance and compliance, and develop strong relationships with project teams. They will also be responsible for identifying and resolving project issues, conducting project issue reviews, processing change plans, creating punch lists, and ensuring timely project closeouts and building responsibility transitions to the Facilities Manager.
