Responsibilities

The Retail Store Manager plans and directs day-to-day store operations, guided by the store manager, executing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. They execute marketing and promotional directives to increase sales and grow the customer base, maintain high store standards and conditions, foster a positive team environment, and develop diverse associates to meet career goals and field/corporate objectives. The manager also drives sales and customer service, demonstrates exceptional customer service skills, identifies and creates plans to enhance employee productivity and performance, tracks employee results, ensures clean sales floor, updates store areas, follows procedures and legal requirements, provides leadership and coaching, conducts interviewing and training, and motivates and develops associates.
