Responsibilities

The Retail Store Manager plans and directs day-to-day store operations, guided by the store manager, executing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. They execute marketing and promotional directives to increase sales and grow the customer base, maintain high store standards and conditions, foster a positive team environment, and develop diverse associates. The role involves driving sales and customer service, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, identifying and creating plans to enhance employee productivity and performance, tracking employee results, performing other duties as assigned, ensuring clean sales floor and store operations, providing leadership and training to staff, and conducting employee training and development.
