Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal)
- Coach and develop Style Advisors in selling tactics, tools, and understanding key business metrics
- Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox
- Uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies consistently and ensure team adherence
- Ensure comprehension of all communication and training materials, and timely/accurate completion of operational tasks
- Assist Regional, District, or Area Shop Manager with hiring, training, coaching, and development of Shop staff
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
- Ensure The Shop and staff reflect company brand standards through merchandising, marketing, and dress code adherence
- Enforce and maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms
- Take direction from Regional, District, or Area Shop Manager and Assistant Manager on business strategy and action plans
- Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures
