Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of sales and/or retail management experience with strong business acumen, a passion and knowledge of sneakers and fashion, demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills, proven organizational and time management skills with a detail-oriented approach, team building and management proficiency, and an analytical mindset along with computer proficiency. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Manager, the individual will oversee all aspects of store performance, including sales, operations, and team management, direct and monitor all store sales activities to meet retail income and sales objectives, demonstrate expert knowledge of products, company history, policies and procedures, develop associates by providing timely, constructive performance feedback and recognizing their contributions, foster a culture of exceptional client service and maintain high presentation standards, assist in meeting payroll goals by ensuring appropriate floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus scheduling staff appropriate, encourage managerial and associate development through challenging assignments and opportunities, communicate feedback based on business needs and share trends and competitive insights with Flight Club leadership, analyze financial data and operational efficiencies to identify trends and opportunities for continuous business improvement.
