Responsibilities

The Sales Floor Leader will consistently create a welcoming environment for customers by providing excellent service and addressing their needs, manage daily store operations on the sales floor, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management, achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through effective selling and merchandising, partner with store support teams to increase sales and drive merchandise categories, support the Store Manager in helping manage store expenses and budgets, utilize company tools to diagnose opportunities and develop action plans to improve store performance, monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management activities, support the store manager in training store staff, enforce all company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, receive vendor deliveries and stock the sales floor, and control inventory stock levels and reorder as necessary within budget.
