Responsibilities

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by assisting with cashier duties, sales floor merchandising, replenishment, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment. They will also maintain store standards, create a positive customer experience through sales and customer service programs, educate customers on Gopuff’s ClubBev Program and app, provide product recommendations, and pick and pack items for dispatch to customers while ensuring accuracy and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
