Responsibilities

Complete a series of placements within the West Midlands region (Cannock), progressing every 6 months over a 2-year fixed-term programme
Take on increasing accountability in store management
Deal with management issues such as disciplinaries and grievances
Manage rota planning and holidays
Contribute to store operations, supporting colleagues, customers, and communities
Progress towards becoming an operations manager in a large store or manager of an express store after 2 years
