Responsibilities
Perform merchandise protection procedures and monitor entrance and exit activity
Provide superior customer service to members, including greeting, assisting, and thanking all members in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
Resolve member concerns in a courteous and timely manner and escalate issues to management when necessary
Review and maintain the AP Alert Binder according to AP standards
Follow BEST procedures (bottom of the cart, electronics, self-checkout, and thanking the member), including cross-checking merchandise to member register receipts and verifying high dollar value items
Record register receipt discrepancies and notify front line to immediately rectify the situation
Audit Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery according to company procedures
Deliver service excellence through all points of contact, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Ensure execution of daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, clean and organized inside and out
